Description

Come and connect with a diverse group of local farmers, gardeners, and sustainability advocates as SFA Crow River Chapter hosts its annual meeting from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sat., March 14, at Dassel History Center, 901 1st St N, Dassel. Build relationships, reflect on the past season, share insights and new ideas, learn about ongoing research, and build future collaboration. This event seeks to unleash the collaboration of the Crow River region as we tackle the biggest challenges facing local agriculture. We’ll brainstorm paths toward profitability, community and sustainability.

Conversations will be facilitated by members of the University of Minnesota Extension and the Sustainable Farming Association. Come ready to share your experiences, trials, tribulations and big ideas in intimate, informal conversations with your peers. Free and open to all.

This is a co-production of University of Minnesota Extension and Sustainable Farming Association’s Crow River Chapter, and it includes a short annual meeting for Crow River Chapter current and potential members. Lunch is potluck, please bring something to share. Coffee and beverages provided.

Translators will be provided by the U of M Extensions with advance request.
