Greater Mille Lacs Annual Meeting

Greater Mille Lacs Chapter will host its annual meeting and potluck from 3 to 8 p.m. Sun., Jan. 26, at Hazelton Town Hall, 24248 U.S. 169, Aitkin. Speakers, food, and good conversation are the main goals; some chapter business will ensue. Please bring a dish, a friend, and an idea to share. 

Our keynote this year is David Abazs, Executive Director of the Northeast RSDP and co-founder with wife Lise of Round River Farm in Finland. Abazs will discuss local food system trends and farming in Northern Minnesota. FFA student speakers will also give presentations.

Board nominations are sought, and interested candidates should contact chapter chairperson Allison Rian at greatermillelacs@sfa-mn.org to inquire about board positions and duties.
