Field Day With Solberg is July 30 in Red Lake Falls
The Soil Health Partnership and Trinity Creek Ranch are hosting a field day featuring SFA's Kent Solberg from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tues., July 30, at Trinity Creek, 15885 200th St SE, Red Lake Falls.
In addition to Solberg, speakers include Trinity Creek farmers Mikayla Tabert and David Miller; Jay Watson of General Mills; Lauren Proulx of the MN Wheat Growers; and Jack Cornell of Soil Health Partnership. A field tour and rainfall simulator demonstration will ensue. Discussion topics include interseeding, grazing complex cover crops, field pea and canola companion cropping, and seeding cereal rye in soybeans.
