Veterans, Dairy & Soil Health in Focus During Pasture Walk & Field Day June 27 in Montrose
Dairy and livestock producers, veterans in farming or anyone interested in soil health is invited to attend an SFA pasture walk and field day from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Thurs., June 27, at the farm of Tom and Charreise Norris, VFI Farm, 4432 County Rd 12 S, Montrose.
This free event includes a farm tour as well as presentations from Matt Keesling, Veteran Program Coordinator for Dairy Grazing Apprenticeship; as well as Kent Solberg, SFA Livestock & Grazing Specialist. Lunch is provided.
This event is free and open to all but an RSVP is requested.
