Blazing Trails Workshop: Mankato

Two upcoming free workshops will improve understanding of local food regulations for anyone interested in local food – farmers, restaurant owners, educators, school food service directors or the general public. These workshops, "Blazing Trails Food Regulation Training," will solve confusion and intimidation that arises when dealing with local food regulations. 

The Mankato event is 1-5 p.m. May 2 in the Sakatah Room of the Business Development Center, 1961 Premier Dr. 

An RSVP for planning purposes is requested; but walk-ins are welcome.
