Small Farm Profitability Workshop

Are you direct marketing to consumers? Are you profitable? Have you thought through your marketing strategy? Join SFA Lake Agassiz Chapter as it addresses these questions at the first of a two-part workshop, "Small Farm Profitability," from 10 a.m. to noon Sat., March 30, at Pelican Rapids Library, 25 W Mill, Pelican Rapids. 

Led by Ryan Pesch, owner of Lida Farm and U. of Minnesota Extension Educator, this two-hour workshop will help attendees understand and consider the profitability of any small farm enterprise. A subsequent workshop, set for April 13, will ask attendees to bring their farm financials to dig further into the profitability picture. 

Cost is $5 for current SFA members and $10 for nonmembers. RSVP before March 29.
