Solberg at Soil Health for Dairy Workshop Dec. 6 in Alexandria

SFA's Kent Solberg is speaking at a workshop, "Soil Health & Cover Crops for Low-Input Dairy," from 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Thurs., Dec. 6, at Alexandria Technical & Community College, 1601 Jefferson St, Alexandria. 

This free SFA soil health network event, sponsored by Minnesota Dairy Initiative, also features Dr. Brad Heins, an organic dairy production expert, and will include presentations on soil health, how it can benefit the farm bottom line, and options on integrating soil health into a dairy operation. Lunch is included.
