Crow River Clean-Up Day & Fall Social Sept. 15 in Buffalo

SFA Crow River Chapter is partnering with the Crow River Organization of Water (CROW) for its Fall Social from 3 to 7 p.m. Sat., Sept. 15, and clean the eastern shore of Buffalo Lake. 

Attendees will meet at 3 p.m. at Sturges Park, 401 Lake Blvd S, Buffalo, where we will receive instructions, gloves, and bags to collect garbage along the shore of the lake. Waterproof shoes or mud boots are recommended. This is a rain-or-shine event.

At 6 p.m., we'll dispose of all of the garbage, get cleaned up, then celebrate with a potluck at a Sturges Park pavilion. Bring a dish to pass, table settings, and appropriate clothing for the weather. 

This is a free event, but preregistration is required so we can plan the crew, plus you get a free t-shirt.
