Learn Economic Benefits of Cover Crops Sept. 11 in Luverne

Discuss livestock integration, the economic benefits of cover crops and more during a field day hosted by Rock County SWCD from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sept. 11 at the Tom Fick farm, 1157 110th Ave, Luverne. 

Demonstrations include planting in cover crop test plots and a rainfall simulator. A panel discussion consisting of six local producers will ensue, including Tom Fick, Terry Aukes, Brent Fluit, Brad Petersen, Jason Prins and Brad Vandeberg.
