Growing Great Garlic in Minnesota

Jerry Ford, a longtime garlic grower and director of the Minnesota Garlic Festival, will take you through choosing seed stock, planting, cultivation, harvest, curing and storing, and everything in between. There will also be information about The Minnesota Premium Garlic Project and its goals to increase the production, quality and marketability of Minnesota Premium Garlic.
