'Economics of Precision Ag and Soil Health' Discussion is June 20 in St. James

The economics of soil health and practical management of production acres are among the topics at an upcoming event, "Economics of Precision Ag and Soil Health," set for 9:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. June 20 at the St. James American Legion, 620 1st Ave, St. James.

This SFA Soil Health Network event will be led by local farmers and will discuss the economics of using precision and soil health practices. A soil demonstration and slake test will be presented – bring your own soil sample. Speakers include Brad Carlson on practical management of production acres and Jennifer Hahn on soil health benefits and economics. A farmer panel will ensue. Free. Lunch included, no RSVP required.
