East Central Farm Tour: Isanti

SFA East Central Chapter is hosting an organic farm tour from 1 to 3 p.m. Sun., July 15 at Isanti Bakers' Acres, 5301 County Rd 5 NW, Isanti. 

Dave and Karen Baker raise grass-fed beef on 130 acres using rotational grazing on pasture, organic hay and minerals as well as pastured chicken and lamb. Network with and learn from these veteran producers of local meat – whether you are a new or seasoned farmer, there will be interesting discussion about sustainable farming practices. Consumers looking for a source of locally produced, high-quality meat should also attend.

This event is free and open to all but an RSVP is requested. Limited parking is available; please carpool if possible.
