Learn everything you need to know to grow and market premium garlic during a workshop from 5:30-8:30 p.m. April 26 at Sprout, 13th Ave NE, Little Falls.
Hosted by SFA Central Chapter, this workshop is led by Connie Carlson of the University of Minnesota Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships and Jerry Ford, longtime garlic grower and SFA Network Coordinator. This highly interactive presentation will include the entire process of growing, managing and selling garlic, and is appropriate for new and seasoned farmers.
