Temporary Fence Tips & Tricks for Managed Grazing: Villard

09/04/2020 01:00 PM - 04:00 PM CT

Description

NOTE: New rescheduled date is Sept. 4

SFA's ongoing Dirt Rich work continues this summer with four in-person events that, like our corresponding podcast, feature expert knowledge and farm information focused on the Five Principles of Soil Health and especially, in the case of these events, livestock integration.

Each event will be led by SFA Senior Technical Advisor Kent Solberg and the accompanying SFA staff farmer host. These in-person events will be limited to 10 participants each to follow appropriate social distancing guidelines. Registration is free for current SFA members and $40/nonmembers. SFA recommends bringing face masks to its events.

This workshop, "Temporary Fence Tips & Tricks for Managed Grazing," is set for 1-4 p.m. Fri., Sept. 4 at Angie & Nate Walter's Family Dairy Farm, 11034 110th St, Villard.
