Virtual Blazing Trails Food Regulation Workshop is April 4

SFA is sponsoring an upcoming free virtual workshop that aims to improve understanding of local food regulations for anyone interested in serving or selling local food – farmers, restaurant owners, educators, school food service directors, churches or the general public.

This workshop, “Blazing Trails Food Regulation Training,” is set for April 4 during a morning and afternoon web session. During this virtual meeting, attendees can access information and resources about how to navigate food regulations that pertain to local food, helping your food business move forward.
