Women and USDA Farm Service Agency programs

Renewing the Countryside's "Women in Agriculture Program,” in partnership with SFA, is hosting a series of lunch presentations in Brown County on "Women and USDA Farm Service Agency programs.” The second is noon-1:30 p.m. Tues., Jan. 16, at the BeMobile Verizon Center meeting room, 1609 S Broadway, New Ulm. This event is free and lunch is provided. 

This event will focus on the many programs available to help women in agriculture, from conventional to organic producers as well as new farmers, those who are part of existing operations or those who own land and want to get more involved. Learn about and participate in FSA programs, connect with local FSA offices, and make connections.

Presenters include Brown County FSA County Director Crystal Dibley and SFA Executive Director Theresa Keaveny. Other presenters may be added.
